Waterfall Nostalgia: How to handle past memories when moving to agile

Agile Israel 2017 Conference, Tuesday, June 20, 2017, 11:50

“Oh, the good times we’ve had!” You will hear this more than once after starting to implement agile, especially in big software projects that work in waterfall. In this session we will explain what to expect, how to prepare for it and what to do when it comes. Our discussion will base on our experience in several organizations with many projects, of both product development and customization projects for customers.
