I have been a Lean and Agile mentor, trainer, coach, and focal point for Agile and Lean knowledge and processes at SAP Labs Israel for almost 9 years.

I bring deep understanding of Agile and organizational processes, and help find the right path for the organization to implement these principles in the day to day practices.
My current role is leading learning organization topics and managing the overall and cross organizational processes to ensure an effective 'system'.

  • Hacking Cloud Culture

    Moving to the cloud requires us to change the way we approach things. In the early days of Agile, the concept of delivering a potentially shippable product every 2-4 weeks was hard to comprehend. In cloud reality, we need to be able to deliver all the time, multiple times a day. This cannot happen without a supporting culture. In this talk, I would like to share with you my organization's journey towards cloud culture.
